Refund & Return Policy – Pathar Bazar (Pakistan Only)

At Pathar Bazar, your satisfaction is our priority. We specialize in original and natural gemstones, each carrying unique value. To ensure trust and fairness, we’ve outlined the following refund and return policy, applicable only within Pakistan.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The gemstone is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is returned with the original packaging and invoice

  • The gemstone has not been set into jewelry, altered, or tampered with

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gemstones that have been custom-ordered, resized, or cut on request

  • Stones that have been certified per customer’s demand

  • Items that have been used, scratched, or damaged after delivery

  • Products returned without prior approval

3. How to Request a Return (Within Pakistan)

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via:

  2. Share your order number, name, and reason for return

  3. Our team will review and approve or decline the request

  4. Once approved, send the item via trackable courier service to the address we provide

Note: Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If the return meets our policy, the refund will be issued within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds are made through the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer or Easypaisa)

  • Shipping charges and transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable

If the return is rejected, the item will be shipped back at the customer's expense

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

  • Your order number

We will arrange a free replacement or offer a full refund, depending on the issue.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only if:

  • The returned gemstone meets our return criteria

  • You request an exchange instead of a refund

  • The desired item is available in stock

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
